And you want to make sure that it's reflective of the kind of message you're giving out, so you know if you're a yoga teacher perhaps may not.
You can make it calming if you want it more upbeat and more inspirational you can choose music that does that too.
Yes! And if you want to be super rock, you know, pick a guitar solo that districts. Yes, so you can search by mood so that's why we recommend using sites like those, just be very aware of using commercial music in your podcast, if people find out that you have then you might find yourself in a legal case, so just be aware of that. Now of course if you have a family or family member or a friend who can compose music for you then go for it, you can get as creative as you want with it.
